The Discovering Yoga Class
This class is good for beginners and intermediate practitioners who want improve their flexibility, strength, balance and fluidity of movement. You will learn essential Yoga postures and movement sequences that greatly enhance the strength, flexibility and resilience of the entire body. Appropriate variations are shown so that the practice is adaptable to your ability and needs. A natural, light- hearted and meditative perspective helps you learn easily and safely.

The Yin/Yang Yoga Class
The Yin/Yang class uses chairs and other props in the performance of active and restorative yoga postures, which will stretch, strengthen and relax your body. The class is great for reducing stress and fostering ease of movement. Active poses safely align and stabilize joints. Restorative, "yin", postures gently stretch and soothe the body. Alignment principles are introduced. Body awareness is integrated and refined. A good class for beginners and all levels.
Tuesday 6-7 p.m. and Wednesday 10-11:00 a.m.
The Three Limbs of Yoga: Stretch, Breath, Meditate
Three limbs, one tree of yoga. In this class yoga postures help stretch & strengthen the body. Breath work up-levels one's energy and and refines the nervous system. Meditation helps you develop expanded awareness. They all combine as one yoga that fosters a more cohesive and integrated mind/body experience. Check it out!
Thursdays 6-7 p.m
The Open Door Yoga Class
Like the Discovering Yoga Class, the Open Door class focuses on the foundation of alignment, stretching, strengthening, balance — all with a playful, naturally meditative mind set. The class is open to all and is a by-donation class. A portion of the proceeds go to local and beyond local non-profits to provide opportunities for children.
Monday: 10 a.m. & Saturday: 9:30 – 10:30 a.m.
8 session pass for a specific class: $96 ($12 per class)
8 session pass for any class (4 month time limit) $116 ($14.50 per class)
